Task setting
In order to keep things simple and safe, and to ensure that inexperienced pilots will learn as much as possible, we intend to have modified time distance task (TDT) tasks only. What this means is that over a fixed period of time (e.g. 3 hours) we will have pilots go around a combination of predetermined courses of relatively short distances after which the pilot has the option of chosing his own turnpoints.

No turnpoint will be more than 41 km away and the shortest will be 8 km away. We will make extensive use of the following close-in turnpoints: Lemieux (10km from Pendleton), Fournier (16km), Plantagenet (9km). Other turnpoints which will be used are Windover Airfield (24km), Alexandria (41km) and Hawkesbury (38km).
